Welcome to a Nouveau Riche Blog driven by actual results from those that have attended the college and found life-changing success!

Our goal with this blog is to showcase testimonials from the Nouveau Riche community and share their success stories. marc_gleemanAfter losing a great deal of money in the stock market many years ago, Marc believed that real estate was the best investment medium on the planet and had a burning desire to find out how to take advantage of it. He began his venture with the purchase of a program he saw on late night TV. Several years and four different programs later, Marc had lots of questions but nowhere to go for the answers.

Marc tells his story, “By the time I was finished with the fourth program I had developed a very negative complex about myself. I became frustrated as I saw others getting results and I still didn’t seem to get it! When I was introduced to Nouveau Riche, I realized that they had what I had been missing with all of the other programs… a COMMUNITY with ongoing help and support! As I write this, I am currently holding almost $5 million in real estate and I have not used any of my money or credit. My last fix and flip was with none of my money or credit. Almost one year ago, a partner and I started building eight spec homes in Phoenix… none of my money or credit. The first one sold about three months ago for $130,000 net profit. One down, seven to go and yes, I am EXTREMELY EXCITED! My partner and I acquired 80 acres in Queen Creek… none of my money or credit. The point that I am trying to make is… YOU BECOME WHAT YOU HANG AROUND! I anticipated good and got FANTASTIC!

“As a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic for 26 years in the Chicago area, working 23 years as a Flight Medic, flying critically ill patients to hospitals, the rewards were great, but as time passed, the stress got to me emotionally and physically.  My heartache for others mounted and I knew I needed to find a different way to help.

In October of 2005, I met INA Chad Wade at a local Nouveau Riche briefing.  Up until this point, I didn’t own any properties and was frustrated by the money, time, and energy I’d spent on real estate.  After Chad’s presentation, I felt renewed – I was on the right track – Chad and Nouveau Riche were the teachers I’d been waiting for!  Chad encouraged me to attend the National ISA Training in Phoenix, where I met Jim and Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder.  I’d never met such happy, caring people and I knew Nouveau Riche was a good fit!

On Aug 10, 2006, I bought my first single-family rental property and started to attend Nouveau Riche meetings as often as my schedule allowed…I had the Nouveau Riche mind shift and insomnia to boot!  At the end of September, I retired from Fire Service, started to market the Nouveau Riche opportunity, and got my first short sale!  Then, in December of 2006, I extended my College trip to attend a Jeffery Combs ‘break-throughs’ seminar – a life-changing trip!  My College experience was so much more than what I expected – I anticipated good and got FANTASTIC!
