Our goal with this blog is to showcase testimonials from the Nouveau Riche community and share their success stories. “In July of 2006, I attended my first Nouveau Riche College. My only previous experience with real estate investing was the 35 years I spent as a carpenter/contractor building houses– building, not buying and selling. On the second day of the Short Sales class, I KNEW that I could actually DO what I was being taught. As a builder, I understood that not only was I getting a ‘blueprint’ on short sales, but I was also getting a lesson on the tools needed and how to use them.

When I got back from College, I spent the month of August getting my team together. Then, on Labor Day weekend, I hung up my tool bags in my garage where they now rest untouched, along with the rest of my tools. Soon after, my team and I undertook our first deal. We successfully negotiated, closed and resold our first house before Christmas, 2006, with a profit of just under $40,000! Currently, we have well over 100 short sale properties under contract. In addition to closing and reselling short sales, we’ve bought and sold bank repossessions and probate properties. Our business has been so successful that we even received a call from a woman who works in the loss mitigation department for one of the large mortgage lenders—she called to ask us to help with her own short sale because she kept seeing our company name on purchase contracts!

Thanks to the education I’ve received at Nouveau Riche, I have my life back. My team and I are making great money, we have time freedom, and we can see a future where we will be able to retire and live quite well.”
