“As a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic for 26 years in the Chicago area, working 23 years as a Flight Medic, flying critically ill patients to hospitals, the rewards were great, but as time passed, the stress got to me emotionally and physically. My heartache for others mounted and I knew I needed to find a different way to help.
In October of 2005, I met INA Chad Wade at a local Nouveau Riche briefing. Up until this point, I didn’t own any properties and was frustrated by the money, time, and energy I’d spent on real estate. After Chad’s presentation, I felt renewed – I was on the right track – Chad and Nouveau Riche were the teachers I’d been waiting for! Chad encouraged me to attend the National ISA Training in Phoenix, where I met Jim and Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder. I’d never met such happy, caring people and I knew Nouveau Riche was a good fit!
On Aug 10, 2006, I bought my first single-family rental property and started to attend Nouveau Riche meetings as often as my schedule allowed…I had the Nouveau Riche mind shift and insomnia to boot! At the end of September, I retired from Fire Service, started to market the Nouveau Riche opportunity, and got my first short sale! Then, in December of 2006, I extended my College trip to attend a Jeffery Combs ‘break-throughs’ seminar – a life-changing trip! My College experience was so much more than what I expected – I anticipated good and got FANTASTIC!
